Born on January 26, 1992 as Mercedes Kaestner Varnado, she is an American professional wrestler who is signed on to WWE Raw under the professional name of Sasha Banks. She was born in Fairfield, California, but, later moved to several locations including Minnesota in search for schools and hospitals for her disabled brother. Eventually, she settled down in Boston, Massachussetts, where her professional wrestling career took wings. She schooled online and grew up watching All Japan Women’s Pro-Wrestling (AJW).
