Side characters in shows need to put their best foot forward if they want to garner love and appreciation from the fandom. Don’t believe me, lok at Caroline Forbes, Christina Yang and Jenny Humphrey; all of them had to produce something unique to come in the same echelon as the main characters.
Hannah Simone belongs to the same category, and achieved this feat perfectly as Cece in New Girl. She was one of the few playing an Indian Descent character at the time, so the pressure was on. But not only did she make it interesting but also visually very appealing.
Not that it was hard to do, with her model esque figure, which the show took advantage of. The show repeatedly brought attention to her lean frame and thin waist, which made viewers drool.
Hannah Simone connects to her character Cece in a variety of ways. She believes that just like her, Cece also has the penchant of falling in love with the wrong guy.
